Welcome to NocNok
NocNok is a platform that helps connect fans with creators they love. “NocNok,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lifepilot Technology INC, this platform, and the services offered by NocNok, including the NocNok iOS app, the NocNok Android app, NocNok APIs, NocNok embeds, nocnok.ai, and NocNok’s other websites. This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Use, and describes how we collect, use, and share information.
Information You Provide NocNok
You give us information in forms and settings (for example, your name and payment details). What we need depends on how you use NocNok (create an account, support creators, buy subscriptions or offerings, or create as a creator). It typically includes:
- first and last name/surname;
- email address;
- phone number;
- username;
- password; and/or
- country and state/province of residence.
You may sign up using Facebook, Google, or Apple. With your permission, we receive basic info (userID, name, email, profile image). You can revoke access anytime in those services (and then you can’t use them to log in). Those companies may also receive data about your NocNok use. See their privacy policies: Facebook, Google, Apple.
You may also add more information to your public profile, such as a location, social media links, and an “about” section. We store these with the other information we collect.
NocNok user
NocNok users subscribe and/or purchase offerings from creators. To pay, you provide details to our payment partner (see Stripe Privacy Policy). We store only limited card metadata (expiry, postal code) and a token—not your full card number. If a payment partner needs your name or email, they may share it with us.
We also process what you support and buy, which benefits you receive, and shipping details if physical items are involved (shipping address and phone are optional). We may infer your location from your stated country, IP address, and/or payment info.
Creators
Creators run pages to engage supporters. Create your page, describe your work and benefits, and connect payouts via Stripe. Stripe may share basic account data with us. You may need to provide bank details and tax information. Depending on your location and content, we may require some of the following:
- email address;
- phone number;
- username;
- password;
- first and last name/surname;
- business name;
- address;
- social security number and/or employer identification number;
- country of citizenship;
- tax identification number, company registration number, and/or VAT number;
- date of birth;
- place of birth;
- your nonprofit registration number, if you are a nonprofit business;
- bank account information;
- self identification as an Adult/18+ creator; and/or
- copies of your ID card and proof of residency.

Consent and Age Verification Information Regarding Adult/18+ Creations
To help keep NocNok safe for everyone, NocNok requires creators sharing sexually explicit creations or creations that include nudity to verify that they are over the age of 18. When doing so, such creators must, as explained inline within our product, consent to our service provider collecting and disclosing their personal data pursuant to its privacy policy. NocNok also requires creators sharing sexually explicit creations or creations that include nudity to agree to obtain consent from each person depicted and to verify that each such person is over the age of 18. NocNok does not collect this information directly and instead provides creators with a consent form template to use for this purpose. When necessary, NocNok may request creators provide this information to NocNok.
